| Act I Project: Compose a news article in which you chronicle one of the events that takes place in Act I of the play you are reading OR create a video diary for one of the characters. Act II Project: Create a poster or collage depicting one of the scenes or characters from Act IIOR organize songs on a CD for a book soundtrack, complete with thematic CD jacket and 1-paragraph song analysis for each track. Act III Project: Select a scene from Act III and perform it in its entirety (10 pts. extra credit for off-book performance)OR create a social networking site profile for one of the major characters in the text. Act IV Project: Write a 1000-word descriptive essay in which you describe a character or location from Act IV; every sentence must contain one of the following: a simile, a metaphor, or personification compose a 3-5 page research paper about the use of a specific theme. Act V/Final Project: Make a "60-SECOND SHAKESPEARE" video of the entire play OR create a computer game that challenges players to recall important information from the play. |
